I really felt like this jump started the hair washing process. I have fine hair and it is very dense so after a few weeks of using new wash, I added the pre-wash so I could really get more out of my washing experience. Without the pre-wash, I sometimes find it hard to feel like (or look like) my hair is really clean more consistently. And the cleaner my hair looks and feels, the longer I can go (about 4-6 days) between washes

It's like a spa day for my scalp

My hairdresser recommended Pre-Wash on my last visit. I have had some build up issues and just notice that my scalp gets that tight feeling after 2-3 days. It really does soothe anything going on within seconds. Since using, I no longer get that tight feeling before wash days. Thank you Hairstory!

Not a reputable company

It doesn’t seem to do anything. Not too mention I ordered other products with this and didn’t receive one of the products which is a body wash. I reached out sever times about this but have not heard back. I will not be ordering anything from this company again and call the Better Business Bureau about this company.
