The square dot allows to to not only monitor your food cooking in the oven, it also allows you to have a real idea of you actual oven temperature right where your food is positioned in your oven with the air probe. As always a solid product

Best Steak I Ever Cooked

I used the Square Dot to cook two steaks on the grill and they both came off perfect. I always left it up to a simple timer and guess work. Using the dot was night and day. Perfect medium rare on both steaks, which needed slightly different times. Highly recommend.
