They’re sturdy, I love using them for nearly every single workout I do, even on the workouts where they aren’t “needed” such as for legs I still wrap them around my hand for stability and it just gives me something to squeeze while I push out those reps.

Deceptive

The straps work well for lifting. The D-ring looks well but anything more than 20lbs - even at its tightest -pulls on the lifting cuff so much it causes complete loss of circulation. Looking back, the video advertisements only show the motion of lifting weights, with one exception, but no actual weightlifting is seen. I used them three different ways with the same result. Do not recommend.

good but have some recommendations

I had the old straps from a while back and i just got new ones bc the old were stinking up and these new ones are super like hard and uncomfortable on my wrist it doesn’t help that i have small wrists already and ive talked to a couple friends who’ve said the same thing i’m sure they’re more durable or whatever but where do you draw the line for comfortability and performance
