Still haven’t received Augusts package

I was a month late getting my order for July and now late getting August’s order . My last order they were sending a free gift and never got that. I did a review about it and said I would receive in 7-9 days and haven’t received that!! It was the eye cream. I love this product but been hard to stay consistent using it when I run out on my order because it is late or needs to be shipped !
