I had ordered my fiance's wedding band, and when I ordered it I ordered a size 13. The 13 was too big, so I had inquired about a return. They messaged me back right away, they told me that I can keep the current ring and they would send me a size 12, and all I had to pay was shipping. When I tell you it was very stress-free, especially being my wedding is 3 weeks away, this just made things so much easier for us. I will be telling any other couples looking for Rings or gifts to definitely go through them. And the ring is everything he wanted it is really good quality.
