Great boots, Decent Service
I gave these boots three stars because they look great and, now that I finally have the correct size, they are very comfortable. However, they definitely run small, and I couldn’t get the original pair on my feet.
Unfortunately, the exchange process took an entire month. I had to buy a separate shipping box for the original boot box, return the boots through FedEx Ground, wait for the company to receive and inspect them, and then wait for the replacement pair to arrive.
I’m happy with the boots themselves, but waiting a full month to complete a simple size exchange was incredibly frustrating. If you order these boots, consider sizing up—and be prepared for a long wait if you need to exchange them.

Great Boots
Bought these as a pair of boots for my wedding. Look, fit, and feel good. Absollutely true to size. I was hesitant to buy a pair that aren't as easily available to try on in person around me. Fingers crossed to holding up over the years!!

Excellent boots!!!
These boots are great right out of the box. They are true to size and comfortable from the first wear. Very happy to own Hyer boots and will be customer for life.
