Very happy with the results
These really make a great difference to how I feel in terms of energy and alertness. Excellent at hydrating me through a hot day or a busy day at work on my feet. The combination of electrolytes and B vitamins seem to really work for me. Originally I’ve only taken electrolytes during the hot summer months but feel I will continue with these Tonic ones all year round. I can definitely feel the difference between drinking it or not.

Take my rest n recover last thing at night and my energy and hydration first thing. Been using Tonic Health for long time now. My skin, sleep everything is so much better. And knowing it is all natural ingredients is good. Really tasty as well

start the day with it
fantastic taste, easy to take, now a firm part to the start of my day, defo noticed the usual 3pm slump has very quietly disappeared ......... cant recommend enough
