Great looking boots. However they squicked like rubber duck. I was able to return them but only got a credit because they were on sale. I asked for a replacement instead but they would not let me cause it was not in stock. I would rather have the boot than store credit. The customer service person was a different person. He was not very helpful or friendly. The person I dealt with before was way better, she was way better.
