I find this toothpaste has all the good ingredients that are in some very expensive products that are recommended by my dentists.

Uncle Harry's toothpaste

The first week is a getting used to it period. When you read the ingredients you think in your mind that they probably don't mesh very well. I've been using Uncle Harry's products for about 2 years now and am very happy with the results. I also use the daily whitener and the teeth pumice. It's a good product at a reasonable price.

Excellent tooth paste! Got used to it in a few days. Made my own prior to using this and I appreciate what this paste does for my teeth and gums. I look forward to try some more flavors but the Spearmint is very nice!
