Great Product & Even Better Customer Service

First, my wife loves 1838, as do I. I just ordered a resupply and USPS decided everyone else should love it too as they crushed the bottle so that everyone’s mail would be infused with the aroma. Receiving this on a Saturday, I contacted Customer Service and received a response THAT NIGHT with a promise to reship (in stronger packaging). Replacement receive in perfect condition as promised. A great product with great people standing behind it!

I wasn't quite sure about this one until later in the afternoon. My wife came up to me after a day at work and commented that I still smell amazing. This one automatically makes it into the rotation.
