Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with my orders or Customer Service. The locks are cheap and not well-made. I was even locked inside my bedroom and had to call a locksmith to open the door because of the faulty lock that had just been install installed by the same locksmith. I was never refunded for the broken lock, nor for my locksmith expense.

Simply Gorgeous!

very impressive quality of hardware; excellent customer service!

I was worried about the quality but it does compare to my emtek ones. Great buy.
