I ordered on August 8th, there was a problem because the printer was not working. when the new printer came I thought I would get my order quite quickly but was still waiting, I was told that it would be in the mail about a week and a half ago and when I called 2 days ago it still wasn't done. so I asked for a refund and was told that would happen but I'm still waiting for that.
