We bought 2 an L and XL and love them both the cold last the proper time 10 to 15 minutes which is the perfect time for applying the cold on your knee and you can move around instead of just waiting sitting with a bag of ice on your knee.

To be honest i was a little disppointed because the kbee and the ankle pads are exactly the same. And when you pull the pads over the knees the seam tears. The quality is therefore not very good. But the freezy feeling is fantastic!
