Brown & Pearcy’s Prime Ground Beef has excellent beef flavor and a wonderful texture. The 90/10 blend is lean without being dry and cooks beautifully without leaving excessive grease behind. It arrives securely packaged and frozen, and the quality is noticeably better than ordinary grocery-store ground beef.
