Lit Tee

I ordered T-shirts from DWP specifically for a music festival, but they did not arrive until after the festival date. Before the event, I emailed back and forth with DWP about the order and made it clear that the shirts were needed for the festival. Despite that communication, the order still did not arrive in time. What was most disappointing was that no alternative solution was offered. There was no option to pick the shirts up at the festival, and no partial refund or other compensation was offered for the late delivery. The shirts may be fine, but the entire purpose of the purchase was to have them for the festival. Since they arrived afterward, they were no longer useful for the reason I bought them. Better communication and some effort to make the situation right would have made a big difference.

Great design, quality and concert memorabilia
