Poor communication and terrible customer service. One of the bottles was already open when my package arrived, and it wasn't even the correct item. I returned it for a refund, but they declined my return—meaning I'm now out £11.99 due to their mistake.

Ordered two fragrances, sample smelt like original fragrances but when opened and sprayed products no smell at all on them just smelt like sweet water, reached out to the company on various contacts platforms only response received was a sarcastic replay stating that they will address my query when they can be bothered. 3 weeks in and still no response or resolution to my query.

I had no idea what the original scent smelled like. But to me it has a hint of “Nit Shampoo”. But I’m more of a citrus scent. The Hugo Boss (023) is actually spot on! Creed (228) is also pretty decent.
