Available September 18 Ghost Light is a dreamy indigo base with scattered holographic flakes a shifty pearl sparkle and a large particle pink to indigo to violet shimmer. This shade has a gossamer shifty finish that is best with Prism Seal topcoat or try it with tidal bloom shimmer topcoat for even more shimmer!
