Wonderful Griddle

This griddle is wonderful! I only cooked with it a few times to get some seasoning going, and it’s very nonstick. After just a few cooks, I make fluffy pancakes that were perfect and flipped easy. I would recommend people to use low heat because it gets hot!! Love this cast iron.
