Road Stick

Nice taste, texture isn’t quite right

It’s nice to find any non-meat “meat stick”, so kudos for making one. The taste is great, but the texture could use some tweaking. It’s a little grainy/mushy inside. If it had the same “snap” inside that the outside edge/casing has, it would be perfect!

They didn’t taste like the jerky that I buy in the bags jerky which I I do love but there’s something missing from the jerky sticks they aren’t as good as the bags if you fix that then you would have a great product.

Really like this road stick! I’ve been looking for something like this for so long. Overall, it’s something I will continue to buy. I do think the texture could be improved. It is a bit dry about midway through. I think using soy or something instead of fava bean would definitely improve the texture to be more like a jerky stick and increase protein content.
