Overall product is good however delivery was terrible with very poor communication from seller

Im extremely frustrated at this point, I placed this order a month ago and I still have not received it, I’ve reached out almost every day from the past two weeks and every time I’m given the same response, yet nothing actually gets resolved. Very very disappointed!!!!!
