Showed up smelling incredibly musty, not like a normal leather. Cannot get the damp odor out. All the "brass" hardware is corroded to heck, deeming it worthless. It is as if it has been sitting on the floor of a damp warehouse for months. Also, the zipper is now YKK brand as advertised, so that's just a lie in the description

Really nice bag, holds a lot, but is decently compact. I am really happy with the look of it and hope to take it with me through med school and beyond.

I purchased this Buffalo Explorer Leather 18-inch Briefcase and it appears to be an attractive and durable product. It should withstand normal wear and tear and with proper care remain the investment of a lifetime.
