I really appreciate this company’s responsibility and excellent customer service. I reached out because I had not received any updates about my order, and they responded in less than two hours. They also provided me with more detailed tracking information so I could follow my package more closely. I was very impressed with how attentive and responsible they were throughout the process. As for the product, it is absolutely excellent! I have it set to the daytime mode, and my bedroom smells amazing. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of the diffuser. I am so satisfied that I plan to buy another one. I highly recommend this product and this company for both their excellent customer service and the quality of their product!

I love the idea but the sprayer this is the second one I bought and the spray that’s on the top just doesn’t work it’ll you gotta keep pushing the button and then it will just stop and then I had one that completely quit working and then all of a sudden three weeks later, I was just clicking it and it went on and it’s unreliable but it’s an excellent idea if they could get the charging part of it to work. and the first thing that’s terrible is I tried to notify them email them everything they do not respond to anything so their customer service is terrible. Worse than terrible when you buy stuff from them you get no feedback no ability to return the or ask questions on what am I doing wrong they do absolutely no feedback. Terrible Customer Service.
