Good container... as long as you get a latched one...
Got the one ounce and half-ounce containers. The one ounce works fine.
However, the half-ounce is a waste of your money.
The lid is too small for the 1/2 oz. packs to fit properly. Even when following the directions exactly the packs stick out over the seal in the lid and get between it and the rim of the container, thus preventing a proper seal.
Then there is the way in which the twist-on style lids actually twist-on and stay. They do not have full threading akin to a mason jar style lid and rim, instead they merely have a small slanted protrusion about 1/4 inch long to serve as a mini thread. There are only 3 of these on the container and it is very easy to strip it passed them. Even if you don't happen to strip it passed and just snug it, the lid has a tendency to loosen itself over time and pop open a bit on one side.
Also, the little pocket for the packs in the 1/2 ounce size sticks down far enough into the container there is no way you're fitting 1/2 ounce into it unless it's pre-ground or smalls. Even medium size buds will get smashed by the lid simply due to the shallow depth when accounting for the pocket in the lid.
If I could rate them separately I would as such...
Latch style container = 4/5 stars (seal could be thicker and latches sturdier)
Twist-on style container = 1/5 stars

One Small Flaw
I find the CVault to be well designed in most respects except for one small issue which comes up nearly every time I take off the lid, and that is that the fresh pack slides out of the container which is on the top of the lid very easily and often ends up on the floor and while it comes out easily is not always as easy to get back in. Somehow securing the pack in place would have made this a five out of five.
