So far, the product works. Sometimes I use two capsules, and other times I need at least three or four. It doesn’t seem to depend on whether I eat higher-protein or higher-carb foods. It’s probably my body, but I wish it were consistent at the same dose all the time.

I could actually feel the movement inside of me. I think this is a great product.
