I am a vegetarian but even my friends that eat meat like these pieces of Frichik. I slice them in half, put them in Italian breadcrumbs and air fry them and then put some of the liquid from the can back in them.

I really love this product! It's delicious & the texture is very meaty. I cut it up into large chunks & use it like meatballs in sauces. I just made a vegan stroganoff with FriChik that was out of this world. I'm keeping this subscription for as long as they continue to make the product.

I have enjoyed this product for many years and was so sad to see it disappear from shelves for a while. I am very happy to see it back in production again. I am also delighted to see all the new products. I will be placing a bundle order around the first of next month. Thank you for keeping us vegetarians well supplied.
