This product has been formulated to help accelerate the dry time of nail lacquer. Application: Apply nail polish in your standard manner. Finish with topcoat. Before topcoat is completely dry, hold dropper applicator approximately 1/2 inch above nail, squeeze one small drop onto surface, and continue to complete all.

Excellent product
I have used this product for years. It is awesome for drying nail polish and the product quickly vanishes while softening the skin around your nails!
