Ordered this trunk for my new nephew and it’s adorable and well made. But beyond the item itself, the Petite Keep customer service team went above and beyond. I made a mistake in my order. I reached out relatively quickly to ask if they could fix my mistake. They said yes but unfortunately the trunk shipped out without the update. I reached out just to let them know and they volunteered to send me a new one with the correction along with a shipping label for my return. To be clear, this all originated from a mistake I made, so PK was never in the wrong. Their willingness to help me out and continued top notch customer service will make me a repeat customer for sure!

The trunk is beautiful, and I absolutely love how personalized and thoughtfully made it is. My only hesitation is that I feel the size is a little small for the price we paid. We would have loved to be able to include more of our son Cameron’s special items in his trunk. Since this is something we’re creating to preserve his memories, we unfortunately won’t have additional items in the future to add to it. We would have chosen a larger trunk if it had been within our budget, but we honestly couldn’t afford to spend more. That said, the quality and customization are beautiful, and we’re grateful to have such a special place to keep Cameron’s belongings.
