Expect Perfection!
Petite Keep did a great job with my order. We have ordered five of these over the past few years and they all came in wonderful condition. Recently we ordered one that had a small defect in the monogramming when it was delivered. They immediately sent a brand new one without the hassle of any type of return. I was so impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. It will continue to order these beautiful trunks as heirloom pieces for our family.
