Good so far

I’ve been impressed so far with this composter. I had a dry-n-grind style previously that the motor burned out on. This one breaks down food surprisingly fast for not grinding. The learning curve is a little more with this. I’ve over done it a couple of times when making large meals that leads to the house having a slight “trash” odor. It resolved itself by the next day; just something to be aware of if you add a lot of scraps at once.
