SINGLEPASS CURL X

Terrible customer service! I was sent the wrong curling iron and order information did not show that the package had even shipped, I contacted t3 through there portal and was told a replacement would be sent and then got no follow up, 2 days later I sent another email and got no response so I called and went to voicemail. Left a voicemail and was never called back, I then had to message in the portal again then I got a response and the response was “thank you for following up, i’ll check into it” and then another day goes by and no update. So I send another email just requesting a refund, I was willing to send the wrong item back and got no response so I called and finally got someone on the phone. When I requested a refund again they said they cant refund me and would just send me a shipping label for the wrong item to return it and they submitted for the correct item to be shipped out that day a week had already gone by since I initially contacted them. Still havent received yet..

Does not glide well at all. You hear a horrible scraping sound as you glide it down the section. Clamp spring sounds and feels cheap. There’s also a gap at the base of the clamp so the bottom half of my section falls out (I have thick hair so this is almost never an issue) I’m giving it a 2 star because it heats up well and is pretty but the performance was garbage- I returned

So pretty, a little intimidating as ive never used this type of curler but excited to learn how to make beautiful curls.
