I absolutely love DASH and even when I don’t workout it helps me function on a higher level.
I did notice my newest canister when I opened it, it was already clumping up like it had moisture some how get in.

First, let me start by saying that every morning I seriously cannot wait to take my Dash! 😂 I actually look forward to my AM workouts just so I can have my Dash beforehand!
Grape Cherry is officially my second favorite Dash flavor! It’s the perfect mix of a little tart and a little sweet—SO yummy! And this is coming from someone who is not usually a grape-flavor kind of girl. Somehow, this one got me! 😍
