I’m 5’11 175 and the large fits almost perfect. Could be a little tighter around the bottom but a medium would be too small in the shoulders and chest. Overall I love it. Most comfortable item of clothing I own. Wear it before bed right out of the shower, to the gym, on a plane, in the woods, or to work. It’s that good.

Lite but surprisingly warm. Probably good into the 40's over the top of another layer. The one issue is the shoulder area is too tight and difficult to get on and off. It almost rips trying to get it off and I am regular build not overweight.

Amazing 2nd layer! the hood is affective without acting like ear muffs. not an ounce of sweat wearing over the 1/4 zip first layer and when the ice storm moved in, stayed warm and dry. I might but one of these for my outfitter. Size up for ease of on/off.
