Bad delivery service

Paid for my items with 2-4 days delivery and didn’t receive them until apx 3 weeks later and all items didn’t come

Should’ve gotten another bag

The shipping was horrible. I didn’t have any confirmation and tracking about my order, I couldn’t choose my carrier. It also took 3+ days from the date that it should’ve been in my house. The bag itself was okay but way too big and it stained pretty easily. All I’m saying is take an another choice before thinking about a jansport bag.

Very nice bag

My daughter loved it
