A wonderful syrup for tiki drinks
I've had the cinnamon syrup for several months but in the last few weeks I've been using it almost every day for my nightly cocktail. The syrup pairs best with rum in drinks like the Whitewalker from the Liber website and the wonderful Bananas Foster from Tiki Cocktails With Spike.
