I haven't taken it long enough to notice any results but it seems to be a good product and mixes well and has no flavor...which is good in this case!

Blends very well with hot and cold liquid. I did need to use the hand blender (milk frother) to blend it well. There is not a taste to it that I could detect.

Good energy lift any time needed

Another wonderful, useful product with healthy pure ingredients. Love that you can use it in anything, including baking, or just as it with your favorite beverage or yogurt, etc. Thank you Truvani!
