Your mints are delicious and they make great gifts for my friends, but you need a better way to ship them when the temperatures can be warm the little ice packs wrapped in thin paper towels don’t keep the mints cool and therefore they are all squashed in the bag and stuck to the lining When I received this order, the ice packs were warm water and not assisting at all and keeping a cool temperature for the mints!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Delicious — and Incredible Customer Service!
I cannot say enough good things about Buttermints! I tried the Key Lime, Lemon Cream, and Original flavors, and every single one was exceptional. The flavor is wonderful, but the texture might be my favorite part—they literally melt in your mouth. Fair warning, though: they are incredibly addicting! Once you start eating them, it is VERY hard to stop!
As amazing as the buttermints are, what really made this company stand out to me was their customer service. My first order arrived melted thanks to the Texas summer heat and delivery trucks that aren't air-conditioned. I reached out to the Buttermints team, and they could not have been more helpful or sweet. They responded quickly and, without hesitation, resent my entire order of six bags.
That level of customer service is so rare these days. They genuinely seemed to care about making things right and making sure I was happy with my purchase. Between the absolutely delicious buttermints and the exceptional way they treated me as a customer, they have definitely earned a repeat customer!
If you're considering ordering, do it—you won't be disappointed! Just be prepared to hide the bag from yourself! 😊
