Sharp! Service!

I’m very nearly 100% satisfied with your knife sharpening service. Love using my super sharp knives and the easy to use service. Your fast turnaround time is appreciated. My only concern is my highly polished knives now have micro scratches on the blades. The matte finish blades do not. Minor and not damaged but still annoying.

Excellent Sharpening Better Than New

My knives were sharpened beautifully. I have to say they are better than new. I was very, very impressed. A suggestion: I just wish the turnaround was faster even though I paid for faster turnaround. I missed my knives. It had been much faster in the past, but the Post Office was quite slow in getting the knives back to me which wasn’t Knifeaid’s problem. Maybe try another delivery service?

I am always hesitant to send my knives away- but each time they have arrived safely, were expertly sharpened and returned. Getting a free knife was a nice perk. It seemed to take much longer from the time I placed the order to sending the knives and for their return. Would Be great if this process could go faster. It over all, my family and I are pleased.
