Issues with Ordering & ApplePay

So the costume (BeetleJuice) arrived. The quality was great. Jacket well made, pants were just good. My biggest issue is that the size was way off. 42 was suppose to have a 34. 75 waist. Not even close. More like a 33. 0. So what ever size you think you need go up one size, maybe 2. My biggest issue is when you pay with ApplePay. According to the checkout screen you select payment then pick shipping. Well when you use ApplePay that shipping screen does not come up. Let me explain what happened. Bought a 42 was too small. Instead of an exchange I just retuned the 42 and bought a 44. I was wanting to expedite to 2-day shipping to get it in time for Halloween. Used Apple Pay as I did the 1st time. The page for shipping did not come up. Payment went through and automatically picked standard shipping. (Not by Halloween though). This was 25Oct25. Immediately sent an email/support ticket asking to change the shipping. (Opposuits has no phone number to call at all) Since the order was placed on a Saturday I got no response until Monday@ 517am. Saying they could not change the shipping. They could do nothing to update the order at all. But he could cancel the order. My thoughts were, so he can cancel an order but not expedite it, why? Apparently that is not an option. Now I have gotten the refund for the canceled order and they are processing the refund for the returned item that was too small. However, I am now wearing a cheap $26 Amazon costume because Opposuits didn’t give me the option to change the shipping when ordering with ApplePay and would not change the shipping on an existing order. I really like OppoSuits. I have others of their products. I feel they need to up their Customer Service & ApplePay ordering process though.

Arrived 5 days after Halloween

Ordered 9 days before Halloween when they said on website “order in the next 48 hours to get before Halloween”… Order just arrived yesterday a week late lol

It is awesome and it fits good
