Great, but bummed
My 12 year old daughter has misophonia. She struggles particularly at dinner time, with chewing or when anyone near her is chewing gum. She got to use these earplugs for about 4 days with pretty promising results. However, she is a middle school girl and she took them out for gym class and lost them and the case they were in. So I can't report on longevity or long term use.

My son loves his!!! He said they really help him concentrate in school! He said they help with group projects!! He can hear his own group and he isn’t “annoyed” by everyone else in class. (His words lol)

Game Changer
I work in a very busy grocery store with beeping ovens, loud bells and animatronic sounds, and stand alone marketing coolers that play music. It’s all very overstimulating after a few hours and this allows me to cut all of that noise out and be able to focus on the people right in front of me at my particular part of the store. I absolutely love these things.
