Plant-Based Beverage Maker

Firstly it doesn't take up too much room on bench. It does what I bought it for which is to make vegie juices without the fibre removed! You do need to cut up the vegies or fruit smaller than big juicers and add another liqid to get it going. Easiest juicer to clean up. Soft touch controls reasonably easy to figure out although I definitely had to read the instructions... it even has a heating setting. I made nut milk also super creamy. So far extremely happy.

In the videos you put big chunks of fruit - one video showed a whole pineapple and unpeeled ginger - here I tested your machine with just an orange and 2 small apples a cup of water and some ginger and the machine struggled and did absolutely nothing. After blending on the juice setting for 2 mins the fruit was still as per the picture. Totally useless,

I've written severals time to say my Greencow beverage maker arrived with a broken lid and added photos and details but am yet to receive a reply. So hence, have been unable to use it. However you have asked me 3 or 4 times now to give a review. I think your customer support is misplaced.
