Pure XP Replacement Filter

EPIC REPLACED A FAULTY FILTER

I had a Pure XP Filter installed in my pitcher and after about 2 weeks, water suddenly dripped at about 1 drop every second. Following Epic's instructions, I removed, rinsed and soaked the filter overnight and it did not resolve the issue. Epic immediately shipped out a replacement for no charge. So far, all good. This is the only time I ever had a problem with any of their products. ***note, I was on city water in Newport TN which has good water. Thank you Epic for standing by your products!
