I have tried to call and email with no response from the company. I need to return a product and complete silence from them. I am hoping there's a simple explanation. Will update when I hear from someone.
They have finally reached out and will be refunding me. I will keep you posted.

tastes great, and actually filling. I've had it for breakfast last couple of days and I feel great, energetic and not bloated.

The taste and smell has much improved. I ordered once before and was dissatisfied, but customer service made it right. With the improvements made, I may start a new subscription.
