Tote bag- personalization done wrong
LOVE the tote. However the customization is off. I requested it say “Sunny’s Mom” but it looks more like “Punny’s Mom”. I’ve reached out to customer service 2 times now and no response. Very disappointing. Not sure I would recommend or buy again with lack of response from customer service team.
