Where's the citrus?

The description says this is "citrus forward". I don't find it to be that at all. In fact, quite honestly, I don't smell much, if any, of what's in the description. To my nose, it's kind of floral, with a bit of a baby-powder scent as well. That's about it. I was looking for citrus, and didn't find even a trace. Disappointed.

Disappointing

This scent smells nothing like citrus….so glad I only bought the 10ml ‘tester.’ Not a ‘fresh’ scent at all…very heavy and cloying.
