EverSweet Max 2 (UVC) Ultimate Bundle

fountain is extremely easy to set up and the feature that enables it to pair with other petkit products is absolutely spectacular. I have their auto feeder and the petkit automated litter box so being able to view all of the devices in one app is very convenient!

Best fountain

It’s easy to put together and take apart and so easy to keep clean. I love how quiet it is and both my cats seem to like it too. That makes me happy!

Fountain great, App not so much

I have my fountain set up and working, and it seems to be fine, although it is NOT user friendly and the “quick start” guide does not clearly explain what works only when plugged in as opposed to on the wireless. I was able to clear this hurdle and attain satisfactory flow and timing by watching one of the videos. My biggest problem is that setting up the “family” is impossible. Every time I try to add my pets it says “add from another family”. None of my pets are in another family so this is no good. I have read directions, dissolved, deleted, retried all with no effect. So the whole monitoring actions are not happening. Not okay but when I have the patience I will call customer service and see if they can walk me through the set up.
