The headphones did not come with the strap, and this was not stated anywhere in the listing. Also, the headphones I received appeared to be used. I do not recommend buying from this seller. If you have any issues with your order, they do not take responsibility, and you could end up losing your money. I recommend buying them on Amazon instead. Amazon sells them brand new, not used, and they even come with the strap. Amazon is also the official store, so I recommend buying them there instead.
