Super balanced cup, phenomenal black or with a touch of cream. I’ve brewed using a pour over and a press and both have been great. Coffee with great flavor that evolves as your cup cools is always a big plus for me too and this hits the mark. Whole beans arrived fresh and super fast. Will be grabbing more for certain.
