Omega 3

I took these and the collagen and my skin stop looking dull and actually was looking amazing and I never made the connections until I stopped taking them.

Doesn't have an after taste Supplement a little hard to swallow cause of size Not good for people who has a hard time swallowing Omega -3 haven't felt a change yet since taking but still early to feel any difference yet /but hopefully eventually time will tell how it works

I love these vitamins. I totally feel the difference between Black Girl Vitamins and the others that I have used in the past.
