BUYER BEWARE

I was charged $141 for an additional 4-month subscription I never agreed to purchase. I contacted Postfly immediately, before the order shipped, requesting a cancellation and refund. Despite promising to follow up, they have ignored my numerous emails for nearly TWO MONTHS. Their customer service phone number doesn't even work. It is completely unacceptable to charge customers for unwanted recurring subscriptions and then refuse to address their concerns. I am still waiting for my refund. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Send new fly types

I’ve received my second fly kit, love it. The issue I have is, if I’m trying to learn how to tie flies. I / we should receive different styles. Sending out the same style in a different color does nothing. With that, I also received two of the same (color and all) back to back. There are a lot of saltwater flies out there, I request that we start diving into those different styles. For the record, my last statement doesn’t drop the stars. I still believe in the value of these kits. Maybe the different styles might cost more, only “they” would know. That’s my only complaint. Tight lines!!

Pretty Good

1. The crystal flash was lose and all over the bag 2. The bags have some sort of sticky tape residue on the outside and it sticks to everything 3. The hackle was longer than the packaging this bending many of the feathers 4. Substitutes were used that didn’t match to the video Some of these would create challenges to novice tyers
