I take one of each after lunch and dinner. These supplements seem to be helpful in keeping my energy levels constant.

The very first time I tried Berberine Ultimate, this is what happened. I awoke around 5;30AM, got up took one Berberine Ultimate with one full glass of water, went back to bed. While relaxing back into the sleep state, I was awakened by a whole-body tingling warmth. I smiled. My body was in the act of sharing the Berberine with my entire cell structure. The Knowing that I made the right choice, made me smile - again - while drifting back into delta state. I did notice that within the week I had accomplished more manual work than usual.
